Шаблон репозитория загрузок (infra/uploads-template/) и сам репозиторий tgit-uploads (приватный) с CI: compile · ruff · bandit · pytest → deploy-заглушка со списком изменённых сервисов. Демо-сервис hello.

Refs #7 — issue закроется после добавления deploy key бота (ручной шаг в UI SourceCraft).

Как проверить

  • tgit-uploads → CI/CD: прогон 1000000 (push) ✅, deploy выводит hello.
  • Локально: скопировать шаблон во временный git-репозиторий и выполнить шаги из .sourcecraft/ci.yaml.

Чек-лист

  • ветка от origin/dev
  • lint + тесты зелёные
  • секретов в диффе нет (ключ бота — только в ~/.ssh и .env)

feat(infra): шаблон репозитория загрузок tgit-uploads — CI/CD, служебные скрипты, демо-сервис d4dba9748d 
- .sourcecraft/ci.yaml: push в main → check (compile · ruff мягкий · bandit · pytest по сервисам) → deploy
- .tgit/changed_services.py: изменённые services/<name>/ (без родителя — все сервисы)
- .tgit/run_tests.py: pytest каждого сервиса со своими requirements.txt
- deploy пока заглушка со списком сервисов — tgit-runner в #13
- services/hello: демо-сервис с тестом; tgit.yaml — формат настроек сервиса
